Refund policy
At Trading Oracle, we are committed to keeping our customers happy with the service and customer support they receive.
We only offer refunds on our monthly subscription options on both Basic and Pro indicators. To be eligible for a full refund you must meet the following criteria:
- Must have subscribed within 48 hours of requesting a refund.
- Must not have used ANY discount codes. (Site-wide discounts don’t apply to this).
- Must have paid with either a Debit/Credit Card or PayPal.
When canceling your monthly subscription, you will be removed from accessing Trading Oracle immediately after being refunded.
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any of our Annual or Lifetime plans. We always recommend to give our monthly plan or one-month purchase a try before purchasing either the Annual or Lifetime. Those plans are in place to be able to help our customers save money on a per year basis.
